現代巫術的律法（中英对照）

在許多巫術宗派中，律法也是她們的秘密之一。但在單人實踐的情形中，你也可以為自己定下律法準則。這三篇律法是Scott Cunningham提供給我們參考的…
                                一、基本的律法
1、我們是在古老的道路上，行走在那些與眾神同行並接受祂們愛的人中間。
2、盡您的能力保持舉辦魔宴，這是為了使用不同的方式來訓練您與眾神的連結。
3、不傷害任何人。這不開放個人詮釋或改變，是最古老的律法。
4、在儀式中不要流血：眾神不需要流血才能充分得到崇敬。
5、我們對所有的生命親切。傷害性的思想會造成大量的枯竭和沒有價值的能量耗損。痛苦是自己造成的；快樂也是如此，該去創造快樂，而丟棄痛苦和不幸。這些都在您的力量裡面。所以不要去傷害。
6、只教導您知道的技藝，盡您最大的能力，敎那些您所選擇的學生，但不要敎那些會利用你的指導來造成破壞和控制的人。教育不是為了提高傲慢，永遠記得：為了虛榮而教育的人後果將會讓自己失去自尊；出於愛而教育的人卻被眾神的雙臂擁抱著。
7、永遠記得若您要踏上我們的道路，讓這份律法緊靠在你的心上，因為履行律法就是現代巫術的本質。
8、如果需要，律法是可以改變或忽視的，新的律法會被寫下取代舊的律法。只要新的律法不違反所有最舊的那條律法：不傷害任何人。
9、願眾神祝福我們所有的人。

二、我們道路的本質
1、越常越好，在森林、海濱、無人的山上或平靜的湖邊舉行儀式。若不可能，在花園或寢室，有準備好薰香和花朵也是足夠的。
2、尋找在書本、稀少手稿與隱祕詩篇裡面的智慧。但智慧也在簡單的石頭、脆弱的小草與野鳥的啼聲中被找到。聆聽風的呢喃和水流的呼叫，您將會發現魔法－古老的秘密被保存在這兒。
3、書本包含了文字；樹木所包含的能量與智慧是書永遠無法夢想的。
4、永遠記得古老的道路是常常不斷在揭示自己的。因此像個隨風彎曲和搖擺的楊柳吧！那維持不變的將會活得比牠的靈魂長，但那在發展和成長的將會發光好幾個世紀。
5、不要嘲笑<敏感詞>人的儀式或咒語，因為誰能說您有更大的力量或智慧？
6、確保您的行為是正直的，所有您做的將會三倍回到您，無論是好事或詛咒。
7、謹防那些控制您的人，那些控制和操縱您工作與尊嚴的人。對眾神的真實尊敬發生於心理。以懷疑的眼光看著任何會從你扭轉崇敬來增加自己的利益和榮耀的人，但歡迎那些充滿愛的女祭司和祭司。
8、尊敬所有的生命，因為我們就在小鳥、魚兒和蜜蜂之中。不要毀壞生命，保存生命將保存您自己。
9、這就是我們道路的本質。

三、力量的律法
1、力量不該被用來危害，傷害和控制<敏感詞>人。但如果需要，力量應該用來保護您與<敏感詞>人的生命。
2、力量應當只依照良知來使用。
3、力量可為了您的利益而使用，只要不傷害<敏感詞>人。
4、為了接受金錢而使用力量是不明智的，因為它會很快的控制接受金錢的人。別像那些<敏感詞>的宗教。
5、不要為了驕傲使用力量，因為這樣會使現代巫術和魔法的奧秘貶值。
6、永遠記得，力量是眾神的神聖禮物，絕不該誤用與妄用。
7、這就是力量的律法。

THE LAW


We are of the Old Ways, among those who walk with the Goddess and God and receive Their love.

Keepthe Sabbats and Esbat to the best of your abilities, for to dootherwise is to lesson your connections with the Goddess and God

Harm none. This, the oldest law, is not open to interpretation or change.

Shed not blood in ritual: the Goddess and God need not blood to be duly worshipped.

Thoseof our ways are kind to all creatures, for hurtful thoughts are quitedraining and aren't worth the loss of energy. Misery is self-created;so, too, is joy, so create joy and disdain misery and unhappiness. Andthis is within your power. So harm not.

Teach only what youknow, to the best of your ability, to those students whom you choose,but teach not to those who would use your instructions for destructionor control. Also, teach not to boost pride, for ever remember: s/he whoteaches for vain-glory shall take little pride in her handiwork:s/hewho teaches out of love shall be enfolded in the arms of the Goddessand God.

Ever remember that if you would be of our way, keep theLaw close to your heart, for it is the nature of the Wicca to keep theLaw.

If ever the need arises, any law may be changed ordiscared, and new laws written to replace them, so long as the new lawsdon't break the oldest law of all: harm none.

THE NATURE OF OUR WAY


Asoften as possible, hold the rites in forests, by the seashore, ondeserted mountain tops or near tranquil lakes. If this is impossible agarden or some chamber shall suffice, if it is readied with fumes orflowers.

Seek out wisdom in books, rare manuscripts and crypticpoems if you will, but seek it out also in simple stones and fragileherbs and in the cries of wild birds. Listen to the whisperings of thewind and the roar of water if you would discover magick, for it is herethat the old secrets are preserved.

Books contain words; trees contain energies and wisdom books never dreamt of.

Everremember the the Old Ways are constantly revealing themselves.Therefore be as the river willow that bends and sways with the wind.That which remains changeless shall outlive it's spirit, but that whichevolves and grows will shine for centuries.

Mock not the rituals or spells of another, for who can say yours are greater in power or wisdom?

Ensure that your actions are honorable, for all that you do shall return to you three-fold, good or bane.

Bewary of one who would dominate you, who would control and manipulateyour workings and reverences. True reverence for the Goddess and Godoccurs within. Look with suspicion on any who would twist worship fromyou for their own gain and glory, but welcome those priestesses andpriests who are suffused with love.

Honor all living things, for we are of the bird, the fish, the bee, Destroy not life save it be to preserve your own.

And this is the nature of our way.



THE LAW OF THE POWER


ThePower shall not be used to bring harm, to injure or control others. Butif the need arises, the Power shall be used to protect your life or thelives of others.

The Power is used only as need dictates.

The Power can be used for your own gain, as long as by doing so you harm none.

It is unwise to accept money for use of the Power, for it quickly controls it's taker. Be not as those of other religions.

Use not the Power for prideful gain, for such cheapens the mysteries of Wicca and Magick.

Ever remember that the Power is the sacred gift of the Goddess and God, and should never be misused or abused.

And this is the Law of the Power.
