(1)這份律法是被創造來給予我們生活的形式和秩序，使其在各個層面達到均衡。實際上有兩套律法治理我們－其一是巫士之道，其二是其他的宇宙之道。這兩者都很重要，皆該以尊敬和榮耀的態度來看待。律法形塑並教導我們，規勸我們，並在我們於地球上臨終時給予建議。(1)The Laws were created to give our lives form and order, that all might be balanced throughout all of the planes. In truth there are two sets of laws which govern us -- one sets forth the ways of the Wiccan, and the other the ways of the Universe. Both are important, both should be observed with respect and treated with honor. The Laws were shaped and molded to teach us, to advise us, and to counsel us in our time of mortal life on earth.
